Accurate Assessment
We assess your injury, your running, training loads and your strength to identify the cause of your injury and help guide your treatment

We use targeted strength and conditioning to reduce pain, return to unrestricted running, improve performance and lower risk of re-injury

We’ll determine how much you can continue running during recovery and provide a structured plan to safely build back to running in a way that aligns with your goals

You’ll learn why your injury developed, how to manage your training loads and practical strategies to reduce the risk of future injuries
Individualised Running Strength Program
We will create a program that you can continue to use after you recover, build around your available equipment, schedule and running goals
Ongoing support
Support continues as needed between sessions, we wil monitor your symptoms and strava, and make adjustments as needed

Meet Patrick
Patrick is the owner and senior Physiotherapist of Everyday Athlete Physiotherapy.
10 years of clinical practice
All in musculoskeletal Physiotherapy, including exposure to elite level sporting environments and training in strength and conditioning coaching
Running Physiotherapy
Patrick has worked extensively in the running community and works closely with run clubs in Newcastle. He is an expert in managing a range of different types of running injuries and loves working with all types of recreational runners.
